At Golf Course Lawn Store, we want you to achieve the perfect turf. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your lawn care products and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
