When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for fertilizers and grass seed?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of professional-grade lawn care products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags or liquid containers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Many of our fertilizers and specialty soil amendments are subject to state-specific regulations and international shipping restrictions.
How do I know which product is right for my grass type?
Each product page includes a 'Best For' section detailing compatible grass types. If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a soil test kit to determine exactly what your lawn needs.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the warehouse floor, it can no longer be modified.
Are your products safe for pets and children?
Most of our products are safe for pets and children once they have been watered in and the lawn has completely dried. Always refer to the specific application instructions on the product label for safety guidelines.
